Terms and conditions

All my tiaras and jewellery items are made to order and take approximately 7-28 days between ordering and your item/s being finished. Sometimes items can take longer if i do not have your colours in stock, you will be informed of this as soon as I receive your order. If you require an order urgently then please email me through the contact page and we can discuss your requirements.

How to order

Please select the items you wish to purchase, then select your band or findings colour. If the item you are purchasing is available in different colours then please type the colour/s you require in the colour box. If you have any additional information you would like me to know there will be space at the checkout stage or you can email me through the contact page. For bespoke orders please email me to discuss your requirements.

Payments

All payments must be received and cleared before item/s are posted. My online payment preference is Paypal, but I can accept payments by cheque or postal order. Please email me if this is the way you wish to pay.

Refunds

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are unhappy we will agree to refund your payment minus the postage costs. You are responsible for making sure the item/s are returned to us in the original packaging and in an unworn condition within 7 days of receiving the item/s. You will also be responsible for the postage costs of returning your item. Items must be returned by recorded delivery.

All of the items we make will be despatched in perfect condition. If for any reason when you receive your item it is found to be faulty we will exchange it or refund the total costs including return postage. All items must be returned to us within 7 days of you receiving the item/s and in the original packaging. Again all item/s must be returned by recorded delivery.

Please note bespoke and sale item/s are non refundable under any circumstances unless the item/s are to be found faulty.

The small print

All of the tiaras and jewellery are made with small parts and can be a hazard to small children. Please make sure that small children are supervised whilst wearing these products. Butterfly brides by Ellie accepts no responsibilty for misuse of these item/s.
